With strong anti-interference ability, it can be easily tested and accurately measured even when the bypass busbar of a 500KV substation is live. Once the switch is activated, all data and corresponding waveform diagrams of the switch mechanical characteristic test are obtained. The host can store on-site test data and has a real-time clock inside, making it easy to archive and save test dates and times. Chinese menu operation, easy to use. The instrument has a built-in printer that can quickly print all data and graphs at any time. The test results can be directly stored on a USB drive or output to various needle, laser, or inkjet printers to print test reports, making on-site testing computerized.
Definitions
Opening (closing) time: The opening (closing) wire coil is powered on as the starting point for timing, until the time when the moving and stationary contacts just open (close).
Same phase and same period: The difference between the maximum and minimum opening (closing) times within the same phase.
Phase to phase synchronization: The difference between the maximum and minimum opening (closing) times among three phases.
Average speed: During the opening (closing) process, 10% of the total travel of the moving contact is removed from the front and back, and the middle 80% is taken. The ratio of the travel of the moving contact to time is calculated.
Maximum speed: During the opening (closing) process, after the moving contact starts to move, the moving contact moves every 10ms as a speed unit until the moving contact stops, and several speed unit values are obtained, among which the maximum unit speed value is the maximum opening (closing) speed.
Rigid opening (closing) speed: Depending on the manufacturer of the tested switch and the switch model, each manufacturer has defined different rigid opening and closing speeds. This tester includes various definitions for users to choose from.
